Gluten Free Zucchini Bread

I first tried this recipe as Banana Bread. I then had no bananas and lots of zucchini so I tried that instead. The only thing I changed was that I used zucchini instead of banana and added 1/2 teaspoon all spice and 1teaspoon cinnamon. It tasted great.

I also figured out that you can use a combination of white rice flour and tapioca flour or GF all purpose flour.
